If you purchase a Medi-Kool system from us directly, you must arrange for installation yourself. Every unit comes with a detailed installation manual to help you accomplish this. If you prefer to have an expert handle installation, reach out to one of our certified dealers who will order your system and install it upon arrival.

That’s not all you get by doing business with Mermaid Manufacturing, however. Medi-Kool products come with our 5 year warranty for parts and service. The Control Board and the Compressor have a 1 year warranty.

If a unit fails within the 1st year, Mermaid Manufacturing pays for the parts, service, and shipping costs both ways. During years 2-5, we’ll cover the cost of your repairs as long as you pay the shipping.
